HCL Workmen Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet specific educational and experience requirements for each role:
- Chargeman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with one year of supervisory experience in mining installations. ITI holders or Class 10th pass candidates with a Supervisory Certificate of Competency and relevant experience can also apply.
- Electrician ‘A’: ITI in Electrical with four years of experience or Class 10th with seven years of experience as an electrician. A valid wiremen permit is required.
- Electrician ‘B’: ITI in Electrical with three years of experience or Class 10th with six years of experience. A wiremen permit is mandatory.
- WED ‘B’: Candidates with a Diploma, graduate degree, or Class 10th can apply, provided they have the required experience. A 1st Class Winding Engine Driver’s Certificate is essential.
HCL Workmen Recruitment 2025 Age Limit and Relaxation
The maximum age limit is 40 years as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation applies:

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get a 3-year relaxation.
