SBI Data Scientist Recruitment 2025: The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced its recruitment drive for Specialist Cadre Officer positions in 2025, seeking applications for the roles of Manager (Data Scientist) and Deputy Manager (Data Scientist). SBI is offering the following positions:
- Manager (Data Scientist): 13 vacancies with a pay scale of Rs. 85,920 - 1,05,280 per month.
- Deputy Manager (Data Scientist): 29 vacancies with a pay scale of Rs. 64,820 - 93,960 per month.
SBI Data Scientist Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualifications:
- Manager (Data Scientist):
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in relevant fields OR M.Sc./MCA with at least 60% marks.
- Preference for candidates with an MBA/PGDM and AI/ML certifications.
- Deputy Manager (Data Scientist):
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in relevant fields OR M.Sc./MCA with at least 60% marks.
- Preference for candidates with an MBA/PGDM and AI/ML certifications.
Age Limit (as of July 31, 2024):
- Manager (Data Scientist): 26 - 36 years
- Dy. Manager (Data Scientist): 24 - 32 years
Experience:
- Manager (Data Scientist): Minimum 5 years, including AI/ML-related work.
- Dy. Manager (Data Scientist): Minimum 3 years, including AI/ML-related work.
SBI Data Scientist Recruitment 2025 Application Fee:

Selection Process:
The selection will consist of two stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The interview will be scored out of 100 marks.
A merit list will be prepared based on the interview performance. In case of a tie, older candidates will be given preference.
