Job Vacancies and Eligibility
IOCL is hiring for three different positions under All India Open Recruitment and a Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for PwBD candidates:
Junior Operator (Grade-I) – Requires 10th pass with ITI qualification in a relevant trade or 12th pass with a Diploma. There are 215 vacancies for this post.
Junior Attendant (Grade-I) – Requires 10th pass with ITI qualification in a relevant trade or 12th pass with a Diploma. A total of 23 vacancies are available.
Junior Business Assistant (Grade-III) – Requires a Graduate degree in any discipline with basic computer knowledge. There are 8 vacancies for this post.
The age limit for all posts is 18-26 years as of 23rd February 2025, with age relaxations applicable for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per government norms.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package:
Junior Operator & Junior Attendant: Rs. 23,000 - 78,000
Junior Business Assistant: Rs. 25,000 - 1,05,000
Apart from the salary, employees will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Benefits, Leave Travel Concession, and Superannuation Benefits as per company policy.

Selection Process
